Grape salad using cream cheese
Ingredients:
Grape salad using cream cheese
Ingredients:
- 8 oz bar of cream cheese, softened (cheese from pastured cows gets the most nourishment, here is the kind we purchase) -- if you prefer additional topping, use 12 oz. Or 1 1/2 bars.
- 1 cup of sour cream (I adore this fresh because there's just cream in the components, no additional nasty additives or fillers)
- 1/2 cup of your Favourite no-GMO organic sugar + a bit extra on your very best (I used a bit organic brown sugar to the very best)
- I also put in a splash of raw milk to get Additional creaminess and much more enzymes and nutrients
- Crispy pecans are discretionary but yummy!
- Two bunches of organic grapes, rinsed and dried. (Any kinds of fresh fruit could really be yummy in this!). Grapes are now #3 on the dirty dozen listing, therefore if I can not locate organic, I really don't purchase them. Unless I already offered to make this dish to a gathering along with the shop has no organic.
Instructions:
Mix everything but the blossoms and pecans together with your handheld blender until it is creamy, and then fold in the blossoms. Squeeze some crunchy pecans on top combined with a bit more of your favourite sugar. Easy!
